We are brokers, not a fleet operator. We do not own any yachts and not responsible for the condition of the yachts reserved. Mechanical problems happen with all vessels at some point in time. The Fleet operators are responsible for all vessel maintenance and any refunds, or charter warranties are provided by the fleet operator and not NoWakeZoneCharters.com No Wake Zone Enterprises, LLC are not responsible for service failures on the part of the fleet operators.
